Restore confidence, control, and comfort.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on the muscles, joints, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. These structures play a vital role in posture, stability, and daily function — and when they’re not working properly, they can cause discomfort or disruption in your quality of life.

Our pelvic health physiotherapist provides compassionate, evidence-based care for women, men, and children experiencing:
• Pelvic pain or pressure
• Urinary or fecal leakage
• Constipation or difficulty emptying
• Diastasis recti (“abdominal separation”)
• Postpartum recovery needs
• Pain with intercourse
• Prolapse symptoms
• Recovery following prostate surgery
• Pediatric concerns such as bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis), constipation, and pelvic or abdominal pain

Each session begins with a thorough, private assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. Your therapist then designs a personalized treatment plan that may include pelvic floor muscle retraining, manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and lifestyle strategies to restore healthy function.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy can help with everything from pregnancy and postpartum care to post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pelvic pain, and pediatric pelvic health. Whether you’re preparing for childbirth, recovering after delivery, or addressing ongoing pelvic concerns, our goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in your daily life.

Restore balance. Relieve pain. Rejuvenate naturally.

Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that promotes healing by stimulating the body’s natural recovery mechanisms. Fine, sterile needles are inserted at specific points to improve circulation, release tension, and restore balance in the nervous and muscular systems.

At Reform Clinics, acupuncture is used to reduce pain, inflammation, and stress, and to support overall well-being. We also offer complementary treatments such as Facial and Full-Body Rejuvenation Acupuncture and Fire Cupping Therapy, which help boost circulation, enhance relaxation, and promote tissue recovery.

These treatments are performed by a Registered Acupuncturist and are typically covered under most extended health care plans.

At Reform Clinics, orthotics are prescribed following a detailed biomechanical and gait assessment performed by our clinicians. Using advanced 3D scanning and clinical analysis, each pair is precision-crafted to your unique anatomy and activity demands—whether for walking, running, work, or sport.

Custom orthotics can help manage or prevent conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel pain, knee or hip discomfort, flat feet, high arches, and postural imbalances. They work synergistically with physiotherapy and chiropractic care to restore proper movement patterns and long-term comfort.
